Project civil engineers hired to develop a new elementary school, sports fields, and parking lot in the City of Los Angeles pursuant to the City and Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) standards. Work included program scope, issue identifications, civil engineering plans, street improvement plans, traffic signal plans, EIR support, gas mitigation coordination, project management, estimates, specifications, QSD services (SWPPP development), and construction administration.
San Pedro High School
Project civil engineers working closely with the Project Architect and Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks to develop plans for new football, baseball, softball fields and hard court alignments. Work includes alternatives assessment, cost estimates, grading plans, drainage plans, retaining wall design, and site utilities.
LAHC Science Complex
Project civil engineers for the new, 72,000 sqft Science Complex design-build project at Los Angeles Harbor College. This was the first LACCD BIM project where work included demolition plans, utilities, grading, hydrology, site drainage, fire access plans, construction estimates, specifications, survey staking, and QSD services (SWPPP development) for this LEED-platinum building development.
