We continuously use satisfaction survey with our existing clients to monitor performance against expectations. Our report card shows high overall Client Satisfaction rating and, most importantly, an even higer client return rate.
From the initial contact with each client, through the development process and at project completion, we provide the highest level of satisfaction designed to ensure each project is completed on-time and in-budget.
Our initial contact is concerned with understanding the individual nature of each project. We treat each situation as unique with the goal to provide custom solutions tailored to provide the necessary tasks to minimize change orders and plan processing time. We listen to needs concerning overall project direction, design requirements, time considerations and budget implications.
We begin each design phase by preparing a thorough project schedule that details each task component and lists deliverables to the Client. We prepare a Project Introduction Letter that details the project tasks, lists critical individual contacts by name, telephone and email, and describes those elements we need from the client. To maintain order during design, we regularly distribute status reports describing progress to date and open items that need resolutions.
At the conclusion of each project, we conduct a complete analysis that includes Client feedback on the most critical areas of the project. This information is used to identify areas that need correction and also serves as a component of personnel evaluations.
The results – each Client gets a customized program that is designed to be completed on-time an in-budget.
