Jessica Ruiz’s positive personality and strong capabilities are why JMC² is a service leader in the civil engineering industry. Jessica is our Office Manager and has been a vital part of the company since 2007. She helps run our operations: maintaining customer relations, preparing sales proposals, facilitating all critical company documents, and working with our finance department to review and to prepare monthly invoicing. Using our Deltek Vision ERP system, she works directly with the VP, Operations and our Project Managers to review all new contracts for completeness, to process our vendor and subconsultant invoices, to enter work phases and tasks in our earned value (EV) management system, and to follow up when there is missing documentation. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance accounting.
